NEVER to old to LEARN!

I explained to my students that while I was away from them March 5th- March 7th Mrs. McCray was busy LEARNING!  They were amazed!  They said no you weren't, you're a teacher! I explained to them that I was away at a "Working on the Work" conference learning improved and innovative ways to improve their levels of engagement.  It was hands-down, by far,  the BEST, most impactful professional development I've ever experienced.  I came back to Bridge Creek with a burning desire to "Ignite, Inquire, and Inspire!"  Mr. Phil Schlechty is the creator of the "Working on the Work"/W.O.W. framework and he is bubbling over with knowledge and data to support his teachings.  To say the least, I was WOWed!  *above is a picture of myself and Mr. Phil Schlechty
